RETURN / REPLACEMENT

Return/Replacement is only allow if the product(s) receive is damage/defect from the courier. Customers will need to submit photo proof of the product(s) either to our email address or via our Facebook page messenger upon 24hours after the parcel is delivered.

Super Lifting Program will not be responsible and no return/replace request due to these reason will be entertained:

  1. Dented Boxes. Dented boxes/packaging may cause during shipments from supplier to us or from us to the receiver which we have no control of it. Please ensure that Super Lifting Program will QC all product(s) and wrapped them with bubble wraps when sending out all orders.
  2. Scratches. Scratches found on the product(s) are not eligible for any return/replacement. As long as the product is functional to use we will not take in such request.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be done when customers do not agree with any replacements due to product(s) defects/damage.

We will take 5-7 working days to process the transaction.

We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee. Customers will need to self return the product(s) to us, full address will be given privately.
However customers can choose to visit our office for returns and replacements to avoid any shipping fees.
